Dockavio is a trading name of Whydah Trading Limited. That company runs dockavio.com and is the other party to every order you place here.
The registered office handles paperwork only and cannot accept parcels. For a return, write to us first: we email you the right return address for your order.
Write to contact@dockavio.com or use our contact form. We answer within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. For a question about an order, please give its order number.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. If something is wrong with your order, write to contact@dockavio.com first: we almost always find a quick solution. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We prepare the content of this site with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date. The operators of third-party sites we link to are responsible for those sites.
