Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address you used. You'll see what you ordered, what you paid and where your parcel is now.

Your order number is in the subject line of the confirmation email Dockavio sent you just after your purchase, and on the page you saw once you had paid. No luck? Write to us with the name and email address you used and we'll look it up for you.

Tracking help

5 common situations and what to do in each one.

I still don't have a tracking number. Should I worry?

No. We send orders within 1 to 2 working days, and the shipping email with your tracking number and link goes out the moment your parcel leaves. Have a look in your spam folder as well: the sender's name is Dockavio.

If 3 working days have passed since your order and you've had nothing, write to us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

The tracking has been stuck for days. Is the parcel lost?

That's rare. Tracking commonly freezes for 3 to 5 days between the moment a parcel ships and the first scan by the carrier handling delivery in your country. Updates resume after that scan.

No movement at all for 10 working days? Report it to us. We open a case with the carrier, and if the loss is confirmed we ship a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Why does my tracking show 2 carriers or 2 numbers?

For the final stretch, your parcel passes to a local carrier or to your national postal service, which may give it a new number. The 2 numbers refer to the same parcel, and this page always displays the latest.

Tracking says delivered, yet nothing has arrived

Look in your safe place and your letterbox (for a carrier's card), then ask neighbours and the people you live with. A parcel is sometimes scanned as delivered several hours before the driver actually drops it off.

If it's still missing on the next working day, contact us with your order number. We request the delivery proof from the carrier (photo, GPS location or signature). If the parcel can't be located, you get a replacement or a refund.

Someone is asking me to pay a fee to release my parcel

Please don't pay. What you paid at checkout covers your whole order, and we never request more money by text or email. These messages are usually scams dressed up as well-known carriers.

If a carrier hands you an official notice requesting payment, send us a photo before you pay anything and we'll deal with the carrier ourselves.

Payments, delivery and returns are all covered on the Customer service page
